Privacy Policy

k-trick (the “Operator”) sets out this policy to explain how the iOS app Force Calculator (the “App”) handles user information.
1Information collected by the App
The App does not collect information that identifies users, including names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. It does not use third-party SDKs for advertising or usage analytics.
2Information stored on the device
The App stores the following information on the user’s device. This information is not sent to the Operator’s servers.
- Calculation history, including expressions, results, and calculation dates and times
- Display language, interface style, and date display settings
- Settings required for the App to operate, such as whether the initial guide has been shown
Calculation history can be deleted one entry at a time or cleared in full from the history screen. Deleting the App from the iPhone also deletes the information stored locally by the App.
3In-app purchases
Purchasing Pro and restoring previous purchases use Apple’s StoreKit. Apple processes the payment, and the Operator does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers.
Apple’s privacy policy applies to information handled during the purchase process.
4Disclosure to third parties
Because the Operator does not collect personal information through the App, it does not sell, share, or disclose such information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
5Contacting us
Names, email addresses, and message content provided when contacting us are used only to answer the inquiry and provide necessary follow-up.
6Retention and deletion of inquiry information
Information provided in an inquiry is retained for up to one year after the inquiry has been resolved, then deleted using an appropriate method. Information may be retained for a longer period where required by law or where reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute or prevent misuse.
To request deletion before the retention period ends, email support@k-trick.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request was made by the person concerned. After verification, we will delete information that we are not legally required to retain.
7Changes to this policy
If the App’s features or information-handling practices change, we will revise this policy. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this website.
