k-trick (the “Operator”) sets out this policy to explain how visitor information is handled on this website.
1Information collected by this website
Simply browsing this website does not cause the Operator to collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, or location. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or visitor tracking.
2Migration from the web version
When migrating from the web version to the iPhone app, the web license ID and password are used only to confirm eligibility. Passwords are not stored, written to logs, or displayed again on screen.
To prevent duplicate coupon issuance, we record the eligible license, issued coupon, issue date and time, and redemption status. This information is used only to provide the migration process and prevent misuse.
3Access logs
Our hosting provider may record IP addresses, access times, and browser information in access logs for website operation, security, and troubleshooting. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
4Contacting us
Names, email addresses, and message content provided by email are used only to answer the inquiry and provide necessary follow-up.
5Retention and deletion of inquiry information
Information provided in an inquiry is retained for up to one year after the inquiry has been resolved, then deleted using an appropriate method. Information may be retained for a longer period where required by law or where reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute or prevent misuse.
To request deletion before the retention period ends, email support@k-trick.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request was made by the person concerned. After verification, we will delete information that we are not legally required to retain.
